Peak Season: May to October
During peak season, the property rents for $750 per week (from Saturday to Saturday). The monthly rate is $2,500, aSAVINGS of $500 off of the weekly rates!
Spring Season: March to April
During off peak season, the property rents for $650 per week (from Saturday to Saturday). The monthly rate is $2,350, aSAVINGS of $250 off of the weekly rates!
Holiday Season: November to February
During off season, the property rents for $550 per week (from Saturday to Saturday).Additionally with a monthly rate of $1,950, aSAVINGS of $250 off of the weekly rates!
Rentals are only accepted for a full week. No pets.
Check-in time is Saturday after 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is Saturday before 11:00 AM.
The renters will pay a security deposit of 30% of the total rental at reservation. In the event that the Renter cancels the reservation for any reason, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.
